🚚 Travel & Logistics

🏨 Hotel stay required if travel is 3.5+ hours from San            Antonio.

🍽️ $100 per diem for travel beyond 3.5 hours.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 $150 assistant fee (only if additional support is                  needed).
🚐 $150/day travel fee if an overnight stay is required.
