9D BREATHWORK Overview

9D Breathwork is a guided immersion designed to move you through a structured sequence of somatic, emotional, and energetic layers. You are lying down, eyes closed, breathing in a specific rhythm while a multidimensional soundscape and guided narration carry you through the experience. Behind the scenes, the journey is engineered to:

  • Turn off analytical, overthinking brain patterns

  • Open the subconscious

  • Release stored emotional content

  • Reset the nervous system

  • Activate higher awareness

  • Rebuild clarity and inner strength

 

This is why the work feels like a ceremony, not a class.
It touches places normal talk therapy can’t reach.

THE 9 DIMENSIONAL LAYERS (Simplified Breakdown)

 

Each session moves you through these nine layers, in order - creating a complete inner recalibration.

1️⃣ The Somatic Layer (Body Activation)

You begin with rhythmic breathing that warms the body, oxygenates tissues, and awakens dormant energy.​​ This opens the “gateway” for release. As the breath deepens, your nervous system shifts from tension to openness, allowing trapped emotion and stagnation to rise to the surface. 

You may feel: tingling, vibration, heat, waves, pressure releasing.

2️⃣ The Emotional Layer (Stored Energy Release)

Once the body opens, old emotions rise - grief, anger, fear, shame, stress, numbness, or breakthroughs. This is where people start to let go of years of stored weight. The breath creates enough inner pressure for what’s been suppressed to finally surface, safely and naturally. Tears, trembling, heat, or even laughter can move through as the emotional body unwinds.


In this phase, you’re not reliving the past - you’re releasing it.
What leaves is everything you were never meant to carry.

3️⃣ The Subconscious Layer (Reprogramming)

This is the “inner hypnosis” phase where old patterns, beliefs, and internal dialogue shift.

You are guided to dissolve:

  • Self-doubt

  • Old identities

  • Unconscious programming

  • Negative self-talk

 

Clients often describe this as feeling like “the mind resets.”

4️⃣ The Neurological Layer (Nervous System Reset)

The breath, frequency, and sound design activate the parasympathetic system - the body’s healing state. Stress dissolves. The body softens. As the nervous system downshifts, old survival responses lose their grip and the brain begins creating new, safer pathways. Your system learns that it can finally stop bracing and start receiving.

 

This is where trauma patterns begin to unwind. This is the moment when deep regulation takes over - where the body remembers its natural rhythm, balance, and calm.

5️⃣ The Energetic Layer (Frequency Alignment)

Solfeggio tones, binaural beats, and layered sound frequencies

shift your energetic field.

You may feel:

  • Expansion

  • Lightness

  • Pulsing energy

  • A sense of “opening”

This is your field reorganizing itself.

6️⃣ The Identity Layer (Inner Self Activation)

Here, the narration guides you into a higher version of yourself - a consciousness upgrade.

  • Their higher guidance

This is one of the most powerful parts of the journey.

7️⃣ The Vision Layer (Altered States)

8️⃣ The Integration Layer (Emotional Completion)

9️⃣ The Rebirth Layer (Return + Alignment)
