Every ceremony is different. Rather than following a predetermined script, I create the experience around your intention and work intuitively with what unfolds during our time together.

Before your ceremony, we'll establish a clear intention for the work.

Depending on what you're seeking, your ceremony may include practices designed to help you:

• Release old emotional or energetic patterns

• Let go of identities, beliefs, or stories that no longer serve you

• Create closure around something you're ready to leave behind

• Establish and embody a new intention

• Move through a personal transition or turning point

• Reconnect with a deeper expression of yourself

 

The ceremony unfolds intuitively rather than according to a rigid formula. We create the intention, enter the experience together, allow the work to unfold, and then make space for integration afterward.

Your ceremony may incorporate conversation, intention setting, energetic work, guided practices, ritual elements, music, sound, meditation, or other elements selected specifically for the intention we're working with.

We close with time for reflection, insights, and integration.

I'll guide you through the process in real time, including intention setting, the ceremonial experience itself, and integration afterward.

🔮 Remote Sacred Ceremony

For certain intentions, a ceremony may be conducted remotely without a live appointment.

​

You'll receive instructions for preparing yourself and your space, and I'll explain how the remote work will unfold.

​

Because remote ceremonies can vary considerably depending on what we're working with, we'll determine the appropriate format before scheduling.
