This starts out similar to a Quantum Healing Session but differs towards the end.

All Sacred Ceremonies begin with a complimentary 1-hour Discovery call. This is where you share with me what you're looking for. If we both feel like a good fit for each other and both feel like it's beneficial and in our highest alignment to work with each other, then we can schedule an appointment.

 

When you arrive for your appointment, it's just like going in for a doctor's visit. You check in and we head back to my office and talk briefly about what you're here for again, just to make sure we're still on the same page. Then I'll offer you something to drink, dim the lights, hit up Spotify, and smudge you with Palo Santo, Copaiba, or Sage. You'll be able to also smell essential oils & incense in the background too. After the smudging, I'll have you either sit down on the floor or in some cases, I'll have you remain standing.

 

I’ll create a circle of protection and call in assistance from Source, Universe, the Angelic, ET's, Elementals, Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters, Ancestors, Animal Guides, and other beings of higher dimensional consciousness (as long as they are in alignment with our highest good). I’ll also ask for cooperation from you Higher-Self, Shadow-Self, Inner-Child, Ego, Mind and Body. I’ll ask for all messages, upgrades, downloads, visuals, and awareness to come through in easy-to-understand information.

 

Then we’ll begin to do some light breathwork to help you center. I’ll take you through some visualizations exercise for relaxation too. We'll then begin verbally releasing what you no longer want to hold onto and we'll do some simple mantras to further solidify your intention. All of this may sound like a lot, but it's not really that much and goes pretty fast. Toward the very end, I'll have you go through the motions of cutting the cords that tether you to the old ways. I'll have you release them with love and light.  ​
