Epigenetic memories are passed down through ancestral trauma. 20 years ago, this was thought to be bs. Now it's taught in Universities. 

In the Spark Sessions, you can choose your level of commitment. These are designed to help you uncover the areas where you feel stuck and identify the limiting belief systems that are holding you back. Together, we’ll explore whether childhood trauma plays a role and begin the healing process from that core.

 

Maybe you felt unheard or unseen as a child. Maybe you grew up feeling like you didn’t matter, didn’t receive the love or attention you needed, or were bullied or ignored. You might carry shame or guilt—for things that happened to you, things you’ve done, or things you stayed silent about. You may feel victimized or marginalized in ways that still impact you today.

Reconnecting With The Holistic 6

Once we’ve identified your blocks and limiting beliefs, we begin building a deep, lifelong connection to your Holistic 6 + 2:

​

  1. Higher Self  - Your inner compass and direct connection to Source.

  2. Inner Child -  The seat of your creativity, joy, and emotional healing.

  3. Shadow Self - Where hidden patterns live, and where growth begins.

  4. Ego  - Your essential protector and boundary-setter.

  5. Body - Your physical vessel, deserving of care and vitality.

  6. Mind -  Your internal computer

Also, learning to balance  your +2 masculine and your feminine traits for balance.  And at the core of all of this is your Heart—not your head. Your heart has its own intelligence. It leads. It guides. The brain is an observer and recorder, not a navigator. Your Higher Self is the one meant to steer.

Breaking Through the Heart-Walls​

Many of us build walls around our hearts for protection - but those same walls can keep us disconnected from our inner guidance. I’ll teach you how to check in with each of your 5 Centers using Somatic Awareness and Intuitive Testing. Think of it as entry-level Jedi training for your soul.

You’ll also learn how to access and work with the Quantum Field to reprogram your internal operating system. We’ll explore epigenetics and how to rewrite the neural code that defines your current reality.

+2: Balancing masculine and feminine energies - within yourself and in relationships - is essential for wholeness, harmony, and personal evolution. While often misunderstood, this isn’t about gender or sexual identity. It’s about two complementary energetic forces that exist in all of us, and in the world around us.

  1. It Restores Inner Harmony  - Balance brings clarity with compassion, strength with softness, and action with intuition.

  2. It Heals Core Wounds - Rebalancing heals inner polarities and helps integrate the divine masculine and divine feminine archetypes.

  3. It Supports Healthier Relationships - Balanced people attract and create conscious, empowered partnerships where each person can give and receive, lead and surrender as needed.

  4. It Enhances Creativity and Purpose -  The feminine brings inspiration, vision, and soul. The masculine brings structure, direction, and execution.

  5. It Opens the Heart - Together, they create the courage to feel, the strength to be vulnerable, and the trust to love without losing yourself.

This work does take discipline just like going to the gym. Around the 2 week mark is when most start seeing  and feeling  results. This stuff is undeniable when practiced.

By intentionally choosing to feel the elevated emotions of the heart rather than waiting for something outside of yourself to elicit those emotions, you become who you are truly meant to be - a heart-empowered individual.

When feelings become the means
of thinking, or if we cannot think greater than how we feel, we can never change. To change is to think greater than how we feel. To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self.

When you are observing the old self, you are no longer the program, now you are the consciousness observing the program and that’s when you begin to objectify your subjective self.
