Practicing the art of Breathwork has been used by the ancients and has touched lives across cultures and continents for thousands of years.

Breathwork is the practice of consciously controlling one’s breathing to alter consciousness for spiritual purposes, self-discovery, and healing.

Cross Fit

9D Breathwork is not your typical breathwork session—this is next-level emotional excavation. Think of it as the CrossFit of breathwork: intense, immersive, and designed to break through the deepest layers of trauma, conditioning, and stored emotional energy.

This practice helps you confront the pain you’ve been suppressing, avoiding, or maybe didn’t even realize was there. And it’s not just your pain—science has shown that trauma can be passed down through up to 28 generations via your RNA. That means you may be carrying ancestral burdens that have shaped your inner world without your conscious awareness.

What to Expect

The journey begins gently. You’re guided into a calm, relaxed state where your nervous system begins to soften. But don’t get too comfortable—this is just the beginning. As the breathwork intensifies, you are led to revisit key emotional moments—traumas, memories, wounds, and unresolved pain points.
It builds—layer by layer, breath by breath—like a roller coaster climbing toward a drop. You’ll be pushed to the edge of emotional release, culminating in a massive breath hold and then...
A primal scream!
Yes. You are guided to unleash a scream from the depths of your being—an explosive release of stuck energy, grief, rage, sadness, or whatever else you’ve been holding onto. This scream is medicine. It's your body finally saying: I’m done carrying this.

Who Is It For?
This isn’t for the faint of heart. This is for people who are ready—ready to stop bypassing, ready to confront the roots of their suffering, and ready to heal deeply.

If you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and dive headfirst into your subconscious, this breathwork will meet you there. It’s raw, it’s real, and it works. Years of therapy can unfold in a single session—without ever saying a word.
All you need is:
-
A yoga mat
-
Headphones
-
An eye mask
-
And your breath

The Aftermath
After the session, people often describe feeling lighter, freer, more at peace. Many cry—yes, even the men—because the release is that powerful. And the effects? They can ripple through your life for days, sometimes weeks.

But this isn’t about pushing before you’re ready. If you’re still walking toward your healing at your own pace, that’s okay too. There’s no rush. No pressure. Your journey unfolds in divine timing.

When you are ready—this work is here for you.

This is about reclaiming your power, reconnecting with your truth, and choosing to heal for real.

This is radical self-care.
This is you, coming back to yourself.

The Physical Science

Every time you take a big breath in, you introduce a mega amount of fresh, rich oxygen to you red blood cells. Super Heroe Red Blood Cells.

Breathwork also activates the sympathetic nervous system and releases norepinephrine and adrenaline.
Breathwork, much like cold plunging, delivers a surge of oxygen to your bloodstream. This oxygen-rich environment supports the health of your cells, empowering your immune system and contributing to resilience against conditions like cancer, autoimmune disorders, and neurological diseases. Your red blood cells turn into Marvel Super Heroes!
When you engage in breathwork, especially intense or controlled patterns, you activate the sympathetic nervous system, triggering the release of norepinephrine and adrenaline. These natural stimulants sharpen focus, increase energy, and enhance physical and mental performance by temporarily engaging the body's stress response—much like a performance booster.

The effects? You feel faster, stronger, and more mentally clear. You gain stamina, libido, focus, and drive. Cognitive functions such as executive decision-making and spatial awareness improve. Emotionally, you may feel more uplifted, creative, and resilient.

Breath Holds and Deep Breathing

Incorporating breath holds and deep belly breathing stimulates the full range of your lungs. This helps shift toxins trapped in the lower diaphragm while giving your circulatory system the space to rebalance and cleanse. Over time, this can improve lung capacity, oxygen efficiency, and overall athletic performance.

They target weaker and diseased blood cells that cause things like Cancer, Leukemia, Sickle Cell, Crohn's, Lymes,
Fibromyalgia, etc.

This primes your mind and body to perform at your peak by activating the stress response for short bursts and by doing so helps lung capacity in exchange for enhanced athletic performance.

The Quantum Science

Your cognitive awareness, spatial awareness, and executive function are greatly enhanced.
The Ancient Pursuit: Altered States of Awareness

For thousands of years, shamans, yogis, swamis, monks, Buddhists, and traditional healers have explored the power of the breath as a gateway to altered states of consciousness. Through deep breathwork, intention, and sometimes guided vocal expression, we access expanded dimensions of awareness that most people never realize are available.

Imagine living in a city your entire life and one day discovering a hidden map that leads to secret hidden treasures. That’s what it feels like to unlock this state.

Within these altered states, you begin to connect with the deepest layers of your subconscious—emotions and memories that were once suppressed, forgotten, or buried beneath the surface of everyday awareness. When accessed safely, these emotional patterns can be felt, released, and transformed.

In this space, something remarkable happens: a neurochemical awakening. As the nervous system resets and energy pathways open, many people experience physical sensations—tingling, warmth, vibration—signs of the body realigning at a deep level. Your electromagnetic frequency may shift, and the healing process begins almost immediately.

The beauty? You don’t even need to say a word. What often takes years in traditional therapy can sometimes be processed in just one powerful session. It’s a purge—a reset. Energizing. Liberating. Clean.
What’s that worth to you?

You feel faster, stronger, smarter, you have more stamina, more libido, more focus, more drive, you have better clarity, creativity, and much more.
"The hardest part about change is not making the same choices as you did before".

Breath work combined with clear intention can rewrite your genetic expression.
